Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order process.

We accept credit card payments using Visa, Visa Delta or Mastercard. Credit card transactions are conducted via PayPal, one of the market-leading Internet payment service providers. If you are shopping from outside the US, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When you receive confirmation of your order, this only indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we process your order and create an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import charges, as determined by your country's government . Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Rates for USPS Air Parcel service include insurance up to a maximum of $675, as set by the USPS. Insurance Value can not exceed Order Value. If your Order Value exceeds this amount and you wish to have full insurance, please split your order accordingly.

Rates for USPS Global Express Mail service include insurance up to a maximum of $5,000, as set by the USPS. Insurance Value can not exceed Order Value.

Damaged Goods: If it is suspected that goods have been damaged in transit, please contact the appropriate delivery company and notify Red5 Audio LLC as soon as possible.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order promptly. We will normally ship your order within 2 business days of receiving credit card authorization.

International orders are generally received in under 7 days, however please be aware that this may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Our business is operated from Florida and all orders originating from, or being delivered within Florida will automatically have Sales Tax, including any County surtax added, unless you check the 'exempt' box. If exempt, a copy of a valid Consumer's Certificate of Exemption or Annual Resale Certificate must be faxed to 727-232-0162. All out-of-state orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach PayPal's computer system. They are not held in clear text on any web site and Red5 Audio LLC does not have access to your card details at any time during the transaction. PayPal are responsible for credit card verification and authorization.
Guarantee At Red5 Audio, we only sell our products directly to our customers via the web. That means great prices and great service but it also means you can't "try before you buy". That's why we've come up with our "14 Day Trial" promise
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a full refund (less shipping). The 14 Day Trial Promise is additional to the 1 year warranty that we offer on every microphone.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the amount originally charged for the returned item(s). While this will be processed as soon as possible by Red5 Audio, other factors beyond our control may cause a delay in funds being restored to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping charges are only refundable if we have sent the wrong item.

Privacy Policy Red5 Audio LLC do not disclose buyers' information to third parties except when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If, in the extremely unlikely event, you do want to return your mic, then rest assured that we mean what we say - "No Quibble, No Fuss". We deal with every customer transaction with the utmost professionalism. You don't even need to give us a reason for returning your purchase (although we do highly appreciate any customer feedback). All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the purchase price paid. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the wrong item was origininally sent.
